In line with which, we have established a hospitality arm, Sirocco Hospitality Group, to manage and operate the hotels housed in M101 Group's 3 separate developments upon completion. We are also pleased to note the significant en bloc sales contributed by our partner agencies from various countries such as, Japan, India, Indonesia, China and Malaysia. This reflects the success of our Property Tourism platform and the consumer confidence in our products M101 Group will continue to expand through our Property Tourism business strategy.
